This otherwise healthy 23 year old presented to our office with advanced gingival recession on her side and back teeth. She had recently started dating and her boyfriend mention that she should get it "checked out before she starts losing her teeth." We determined that it would be prudent to treat her left side first, as this side has more recession and exposed roots than does her right side. The "before and after" photographs seen below are the results at her two week visit following connective tissue grafting. We plan to treat her right side next month.
